POLICIES 1. No refunds. I do not offer refunds of any kind but I am always here to make you feel 100% your best. If you're unhappy with your hair, you have 1 week past your appointment date to contact me to make a change. after 1 week, it will be full price. 2. Cancellations. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully REQUIRE MORE THAN 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment between 12-24 hours in advance you will be charged for 25% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% the cost of the service scheduled. 3. No call no show. If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled and will not be able to book another appointment. 4. Tardiness. If you are running late to your appointment, please text me to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply. 5. Product Return. A very lightly used product may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​. 6. No children. For the safety of your children and the relaxation of you, children are not permitted in the salon. In the event that you bring a child to the appointment we will have to reschedule you for a different day and a cancellation fee may apply. 7. Salon Etiquette. Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. 8. Confidentiality and Privacy. Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies. 9. Card on file. When scheduling, you will be asked to put a Credit Card on file to hold your appointment. My payment processing system uses the most secure servers available and I will never have direct access to this information, it is used solely for checkout purposes only or to enforce my cancellation policy. 10. If you have to reschedule an appointment due to emergencies only, I am willing to come in on my scheduled off day and there will be an additional 15% added onto your scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

If needed, I ask you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 25% of the service cost. If you no show or cancel day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you no show a second time you will no longer be allowed to book another appointment.
